Doner Days

Terms of Use

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and MFO Works ("we", "us") covering your use of the Doner Days game for iPhone and iPad and its web pages. By downloading or playing the game, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not play Doner Days.

Doner Days is also covered by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Where these terms and that agreement conflict on the licensing of the game itself, Apple's agreement governs.

1. What Doner Days is

Doner Days is a single-player cooking game. You run a Turkish kebab shop, prepare customers' orders, buy stock and grow your kitchen day by day. The game is free to download. It offers optional in-app purchases and optional rewarded ads.

2. Who may play

You must be at least 13 years old. If the law where you live sets a higher age for consenting to online services, you must meet that age instead, or play with the permission of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms for you.

3. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play Doner Days on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its art, music, text and code remain ours or our licensors'. Third-party audio is credited on the game's credits screen.

4. DC and other virtual items

DC is the game's virtual currency. You earn it by serving customers and can also buy DC packs with real money. DC, in-game loans, stock, unlocks and equipment are virtual items:

they have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game;
they cannot be sold, transferred or moved to another player or another game account;
they are a licence to use content inside the game, not property you own.

DC packs are consumable purchases processed by Apple and belong to the game account you are signed in to when you buy them. A purchase is complete once the DC is added to your restaurant. Refunds are Apple's to give, under Apple's own terms, at reportaproblem.apple.com. When you ask for a refund, Apple may ask us whether the DC was delivered and how much of it was used, and we may answer, as described in the Privacy Policy.

If Apple refunds a DC pack, the whole amount of DC in that pack is removed from your balance, even if you have already spent some of it. Your balance can then go below zero until you earn DC again. If Apple reverses the refund, the DC is given back.

We may change in-game prices, rewards and balance to keep the game fair and fun, but we will not remove DC you have already received, except to correct an obvious error or when Apple refunds the purchase.

5. Your account and your progress

To play, you use a game account. You can play as a guest, with an account the game creates for you, or sign in with Apple. You can link a guest account to Sign in with Apple at any time in Settings → Account. Your account is personal; do not share, sell or transfer it.

Your restaurant is saved on your device and copied to your account when you are online. Your progress and purchased DC belong to that account, and the first 8 characters of its identifier are shown as your Player ID.

Guest accounts. A guest account lives on the device that created it. If you delete the game, lose or reset your device, or its storage is erased before you link the account to Sign in with Apple, your progress and unspent DC may be lost, and we may not be able to restore them. Link your account to Apple to keep your progress on a new device.
Signing in with an Apple account that already has a saved game. The account's saved game replaces the progress on this device. Unspent purchased DC from this device comes along.
Signing out. A new game starts on this device. Your progress and purchases stay with your account and come back when you sign in again. Progress that has not yet been saved to your account when you sign out is lost; the game warns you first.
Deleting your account. You can delete your account in Settings → Account. This permanently deletes your progress and all DC on the account, including purchased DC you have not spent. It cannot be undone, and deleted progress or DC is not refunded or restored.
Reset progress inside the game keeps unspent purchased DC.

Consumable purchases cannot be restored by Apple's Restore Purchases. If DC you bought is missing, contact us with your Player ID; we will check your purchase records and, where a purchase was not delivered, add the DC to your account.

6. Ads

Rewarded ads are optional. If you choose to watch one, its reward is given only when the ad network reports that the ad finished. If an ad fails to load or play, no reward is given and you may try again later. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content, but you can report an inappropriate ad through the support form.

7. Game Center

Leaderboards and achievements are provided through Apple's Game Center and are subject to Apple's terms. Scores that come from cheating or exploiting bugs may be removed.

8. Fair play

You agree not to:

modify the game, its save file, the copy saved to your account or its traffic to gain DC, items or scores;
use cheats, bots or tools that automate play or exploit bugs;
copy, decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the game, except where the law expressly permits it;
use the feedback or support forms to send spam, abuse or unlawful content.

9. Changes to the game

We may update the game, change or remove features and content, or stop offering it. We will try to give notice in the game before removing anything you paid for.

10. Disclaimer and liability

Doner Days is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the game will be free of errors or always available.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost progress or lost profits arising from your use of Doner Days. Our total liability for any claim relating to Doner Days is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or the statutory rights of a consumer.

11. Termination

You may stop playing at any time by deleting the game. Deleting the game does not delete your account; to do that, use Delete account (section 5). If you materially break these terms, the licence in section 3 ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so, including the disclaimer and the liability limits.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and where a change materially affects your rights we will tell you in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, or of the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms: email [email protected] or use the support form. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Doner Days

Kabul etmiyorsan Doner Days'i oynama.

Doner Days ayrıca Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ne tabidir. Oyunun lisanslanması konusunda bu koşullarla o sözleşme çelişirse Apple'ın sözleşmesi geçerlidir.

1. Doner Days nedir

Doner Days tek oyunculu bir yemek yapma oyunudur. Bir kebap dükkânı işletir, müşterilerin siparişlerini hazırlar, stok alır ve mutfağını gün gün büyütürsün. Oyunu indirmek ücretsizdir. İsteğe bağlı uygulama içi satın alımlar ve isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar içerir.

2. Kimler oynayabilir

4. DC ve diğer sanal öğeler

DC oyunun sanal para birimidir. Müşterilere servis yaparak kazanırsın, gerçek parayla DC paketi de satın alabilirsin. DC, oyun içi krediler, stok, açılan ürünler ve ekipman sanal öğelerdir:

gerçek dünyada parasal değerleri yoktur, paraya veya oyun dışındaki herhangi bir şeye çevrilemezler;
satılamaz, devredilemez, başka bir oyuncuya veya başka bir oyun hesabına aktarılamazlar;

7. Game Center

Liderlik tabloları ve başarımlar Apple'ın Game Center hizmetiyle sunulur ve Apple'ın koşullarına tabidir. Hile veya hata istismarıyla elde edilen skorlar kaldırılabilir.

8. Adil oyun

Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersin:

DC, öğe veya skor elde etmek için oyunu, kayıt dosyasını, hesabına kaydedilen kopyasını veya ağ trafiğini değiştirmek;
oynamayı otomatikleştiren veya hataları istismar eden hileler, botlar ya da araçlar kullanmak;
yasanın açıkça izin verdiği durumlar dışında oyunu kopyalamak, derlemesini çözmek, tersine mühendislik yapmak veya yeniden dağıtmak;
